After a Positioning Sprint, I can stay on to keep its texts current. Each month I follow new contracts, tender dates and competitors’ announcements in your segment, and on a call we decide what to change.

Briefing, analysis and text updates
- Segment briefing
- New contracts, upcoming tender dates and what competitors changed, for your segment only. On the monthly call we go through it with your own news, such as a product update or a deal that closed or stalled, and decide which texts to change.
- An analysis under your name
- One a month, on a question you choose, for example which agencies bought ground-station time this year. I research and draft it, and it goes out under your name once we have reviewed it together.
- Text updates
- Changes to the texts from the sprint ahead of a raise, a trade show or a tender.
- Questions between calls
- A new order to interpret, a claim to check before it goes into a proposal, a question from an investor. I reply within one working day.
Terms
The fee is invoiced monthly in advance. There is no minimum term, and either of us can stop with 30 days’ notice.
The fee does not cover running campaigns, press work or a staff role in your company. Payment and ownership follow the full terms.
