Monthly scope

New contracts, procurement dates and changes to your product can make existing copy out of date. We review the relevant developments and agree which updates your team needs.

Every monththe briefing
A market briefing on your segment: what changed and whether it affects your offer. Contracts awarded, budgets shifted, competitors repositioned, and which of those changes what you should be saying.
Every monthone piece
One substantive analysis under your name, researched and drafted with you. Your argument and your byline, with the research work done.
Before a momentupkeep
Positioning upkeep ahead of raises, trade shows and procurement windows, using the latest evidence you can share.
In betweenon call
The messaging decisions that come up between all of that. A reply within one working day.

This role follows a sprint, once we have positioning to maintain. We agree the monthly priorities and expected volume of updates before starting.

The figure shows the rhythm, without dates. Which of these moments matters is a question about your segment, and sorting that out is what the monthly briefing is for.

Updates follow the monthly review.

What is in, what is not, and what I need from you

In

The monthly briefing, one analysis a month under your name, positioning upkeep before the moments that matter, and the messaging questions in between.

Not in

Running your marketing. No campaigns, no channels, no team to manage. The campaigns and the channels are a different job.

Press relations. No pitching, no media list, no coverage promised.

A seat. A standing arrangement, priced as one. Part-time employment is a different thing.

From you

A call a month, and the things you would tell a colleague anyway: what closed, what stalled, what the next raise needs to say. Anything not already public stays confidential, indefinitely.

The sprint that comes before this, and the teardown, are on the work page.

Discuss ongoing support

If we have completed a sprint together, we can discuss which updates need ongoing attention. If you need positioning first, start with the sprint.
