Working together · Positioning Sprint
Three weeks to a positioning your next customer can follow without a briefing.
For space and deep-tech companies putting a commercial story together for the first time, or rebuilding one that no longer fits the market.
What the three weeks are.
Commercial positioning, not brand identity. It starts with who pays you and for which decision, and ends with your company saying that in a way those buyers recognise.
About four hours of your time across the three weeks: two interviews, the handover call, and answers to questions in between. If that access does not materialise, dates move, and you hear that early rather than late.
- Week onepositioning
- Week twoapplied where buyers look
- Week threedocumented handover
The open mark is the end of week one. Stop there and you pay €1,500, nothing more.
Technically impressive, and commercially invisible.
Three weeks is what it takes to close that, and the gap is a question about buyers rather than about design.
What you get.
The positioning itself, written down, with the messaging hierarchy underneath it: what to say first, what to say second, and what to stop saying.
The positioning applied where your buyers actually look: the executive profiles, one per person, the opening of the deck, and the pages on your site that carry the commercial story. For an early-stage company the profiles are often read before anything else.
A one-pager for business development and investors, and one file that holds all of it, which is the thing your team keeps using after the three weeks are over.
On full payment it is yours: use it, change it, hand it to an agency, publish it under your own name. The methods and the research instruments stay mine. That is set out in the terms.
Positioning Sprint
For space and deep-tech companies putting a commercial story together for the first time, or rebuilding one that no longer fits the market
Three weeks, one company at a time, with the scope fixed before the first invoice.
Stop after week one and you pay €1,500, nothing more.
If a teardown came first, you do not pay that €1,500 again.
One sprint runs at a time. Autumn 2026 is booking now.
Dates are set when you book, and messages get a reply within one working day.
What is in, and what is not.
In
The sector research for your segment, the two interviews, the positioning and messaging hierarchy, the executive profiles, the opening of the deck, the site pages that carry the commercial story, the one-pager, and the documented handover.
Not in
A website. This is the question underneath one. If what you want is a site built, there are good studios for that, and they work better once this is decided.
Brand identity. No logo, no visual system, no name. Commercial positioning is a different question and this is that one.
Ongoing execution. The sprint ends with a handover. If you want the story kept in step after that, the standing role is the arrangement for it.
A commercial result. Positioning changes how legible you are to a buyer. It does not control whether they buy, what a procurement committee decides, or what a market does next.
From you
Access to whoever actually decides the positioning, about four hours across three weeks, and whatever you already have in writing. Anything not already public stays confidential, indefinitely, and I will sign your NDA if you have one.

| Positioning Sprint | €6,500 fixed, execution and handover included | Early-stage, first commercial push |
From published pricing pages and salary data, checked July 2026, converted to euros at the rates of that month. Fletch PMM publishes $10,000, $20,000 and $30,000 tiers by company size; the figure above is their entry tier.
On the price point: the best-known positioning specialist states in their own FAQ that they will not learn your industry or talk to your customers. This sprint includes the sector research, the build and the handover, and still sits below that line, because the scope is fixed and there is no agency overhead. The week-one clause carries the risk that is left.
A smaller piece of work first, or a standing arrangement after: the other three.
Fixed price, and a way out after week one.
